You might have seen in our Facebook group that our new VJMC Norfolk Section apparel is now ready to be purchased, and we are pleased to have used a local Norfolk company to supply it.

Please note the Options image was an early first design, so the logos aren’t quite the same, see bottom of page for 2 images which are the actual Polo Shirt (Option F) and Beanie Hat (Option C) made as examples.

I have included the Birds product codes in brackets above. You can go to www.birdsofdereham.com/catalogue/1/ and search on the product code to get any further information on them like materials used etc. NOTE: In theory you can have any product from that catalogue with the logo on, so if ladies prefer a more fitted polo shirt for example, then if you find it and let me know the product code I can order. As an example, go to that page and search on code RX101F to see a Pro RTX Ladies Pro Piqué Polo Shirt. On FB some had asked about children’s sizes, so you can use this if you want something for someone smaller! Use the "Product by Type" to have a look what you can get. I will get a price for you and confirm if you are happy before placing any order. You can even have your boxers branded with the logo – now wouldn’t that be a prize worth winning at this years Christmas quiz!

Costs:

If we can order 12 or more items that use the same logo at the same time we get 10% off the price. Hats are 1 logo, the tops are the other logo (if anyone orders anything else they will need to state which logo they prefer so it can be added to the count).

Initially we will add 50p to the first 72 items purchased as that will help us recover the £36 setup fee we have paid – hope that is OK.

Items can be picked up at the March monthly meeting hopefully, or from me (Poringland) or posted. Postage will be Royal Mail Tracked 24 and cost £5 (ideally most will pick up, if there’s a few to post I might need to buy something to post in.

Ordering (at Meeting on 25/02 and Email):

Ordering will be for VJMC members only, so you will need your membership number. We will be taking orders at the monthly meeting on 25/02 so can give a total payable then and get your details. Bank transfer is preferred mainly as it’s a hassle for me to get to a bank but can do cash if needed. If you can’t make the meeting then please email me (address in email Carl sent out) with your order – please start the Subject line with VJMC to help me sort them! I will need:

  • VJMC Number
  • Name
  • Address (if you require posting)
  • Items required - use the A-J for the standard items or a Birds Product code if you require something different as explained above, Size(s) and Quantity
  • Delivery Method - Pickup from March Meeting, from myself (Poringland), from Carl (Framlingham) or posted.

I'll come back to you with the total and bank details to make payments to.

Once everyone has paid I’ll place the order. I hope that is all OK.
